• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout

• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order

4. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs upon shipment.

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge by contacting Support@lamps.com
• Custom, bespoke, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud, with full refund issued

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer white-glove delivery services across the contiguous United States. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
• Inspect all deliveries upon receipt; report damage within 48 hours to Support@lamps.com

6. Returns and Refunds

We stand behind the quality of every piece in our collection. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all packaging
• Contact Support@lamps.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item
• Custom, bespoke, and final-sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable
